First, we'll meet with you and a group of handpicked managers from your organization for an immersive and intense (but enjoyable) three-day brainstorm.

The first morning will be dedicated to articulating the problem you hope to solve, and your specific goals. The rest of the Idea Lab will be dedicated to facilitated brainstorming and interactive experiences that will immerse you in your audience's lives and get you inside their heads. At the end of each brainstorming session our designers and architects will create mock-ups of your team's ideas. As each day progresses and your ideas are refined further, the mock-ups will grow more detailed and your ideas will come to life.

By the end of day three, your team will have an agreed-upon solution to your problem. Ten days later we'll deliver a high level prototype of your final concept. You'll be ready to present your ideas internally and gain budget approval or, for smaller projects, go to market.

For those times when you need to get your team out of their normal office environment - due to day-to-day business distractions, or to facilitate ideation - we'll take your group to an offsite location that's relevant to your problem. For instance, if your audience is the youth market, we might choose a location with easy access to an urban mall, or hire teens to give your team lessons in popular video games, and end each day of the offsite with a "death match."
